The riad was beautifully decorated, with intricate Moroccan designs and colorful tiles that gave it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. The general areas of the riad, such as the courtyard and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. As a senior woman, I found the riad to be very accessible, with no stairs to climb and handrails in the bathroom for added safety.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to carrying luggage or providing extra assistance for senior guests. The children working there seemed preoccupied and not always attentive to our needs.

I recently had a very comfortable and personal stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel very welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They even surprised me with two free room upgrades, which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a cosy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with daily room cleaning and a delicious breakfast served every morning as part of the package. The location, although further away from the center of the medina, offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this traditional Moroccan-style hotel. the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to provide excellent service and even upgraded our room. the location was in a local neighborhood, a short walk from the main attractions and markets. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was modern. the breakfast was tasty and served in a comfortable and spacious common area with elegant decorations. the staff was attentive, providing special tea and meals for my girlfriend's upset stomach.
There were a few occasions where cleaning was sloppy and needed to be addressed.

Lovely host, generous and welcoming. Mint tea was the best. Language barrier well-handled. Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful alternative riad with a lovely pool and terrace. Staff friendly and helpful. Good effort to make amends. Clean and pleasant smelling. Relaxing atmosphere. Owner provided breakfast-to-go. Manager speaks English well. Convenient location near the Medina. Local neighborhood feel.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
